Description
Culantro, or Eryngium foetidum is a tropical perennial herb that is native to Mexico and the Caribbean. Also known as long coriander,chadon beni, Mexican coriander, and many other names.
This herb has a wide array of applications, ranging from culinary to medicinal, and is now cultivated throughout the world. It has become popular throughout Asia, and has also become extensively used in North-East India.
