Refund policy
All sales are final! We do not accept returns and there are no refunds on orders that have already shipped.
Seeds- We do not accept returns on seeds once they have shipped.
Live Plant Material- We cannot accept returns of live plants. If your plant is damaged please send a photo the day of receipt in original packaging. Replacements will be considered on a case to case basis, and customer will have to pay shipping on any replacements.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(date of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right(Proof is required). We reserve the right to deny your claim if proof or cooperation is not given.
All of our seeds are thoroughly tested before sale. We do not sell anything without strong confirmed germination. Our commitment is to sourcing the best seeds we can and ensuring their quality. We do not claim any responsibility nor express any guarantees for your specific experience in terms of germination rate and/ or productivity of these seeds. Technique and environmental conditions are strong factors in seed germination. By ordering from us, you understand that gardening does not have a guaranteed outcome. We can control the freshness, quality, and quality assurance of the seeds, but we cannot control your technique and the laws of nature. Courtesy replacements will be considered on a case to case basis and a reshipment fee will be assessed in most cases. No replacements will be considered for bulk quantities of seeds
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on any of our items. Please be mindful of absolutely no replacement disclaimers on various listings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products.
Refunds
Refunds are only given for order cancelled prior to shipment. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
